These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the OD Apps payment portal ("Service") operated at od-apps-4b449.web.app. By using this Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

OD Apps provides a centralized payment portal for processing monthly subscription payments and one-time setup fees for educational platform services. This portal facilitates secure payment collection through Razorpay payment gateway.

2. Eligibility

By using this Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or accessing the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You must have a valid payment method to complete transactions.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Payment amounts are determined by your subscription plan and are displayed before you confirm payment.
Monthly subscription fees are billed on the billing date set during onboarding.
One-time setup fees may be split into installments as agreed upon at the time of subscription.
Payments are considered complete only after successful verification by our payment gateway (Razorpay).

4. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Your billing cycle begins on your designated billing day. Non-payment beyond the grace period may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

5. User Obligations

You must provide accurate payment information.
You must not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the payment process.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software on this portal are the intellectual property of OD Apps. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of this Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

OD Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. Significant changes to pricing or terms will be communicated in advance through the application.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
